Black Elderberry Syrup: This is a very high potency extract combining elderberry, along with a high ratio of herbal antivirals such as Skullcap baikalensis, Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake and Maiitake. These herbal antivirals are incredibly immune supportive while being renowned for being respiratory tonics. All of our mushrooms are 100% certified organic grown in Washington state, where we use both fruiting body and mycelium. Directions: 1/2 tsp per serving. Use cautiously, in small doses.

Early AM - Add the Curam Elixir and Collagen Booster Elixir in warm water with Lemon, or drink straight followed by tea of choice.
Mid Morning - Add Black Elderberry Syrup to your favorite tea for a tasty immune boost. 
Late AM / before lunch - Add the Viridem Elixir to your choice of mineralizing tea, smoothie, or juice.
After Lunch - Add the Soma Mushroom Elixir and Schisandra Rose Elixir to your choice of tea, or juice, or drink directly. 
Late Lunch - Lift your adrenals naturally and have a shot of Euphoria Elixir. Its great for a boost of natural energy to lift the spirits and your heart. You can also consume Euphoria in the late AM if you're looking for a motivational boost.
Night Time / before bed : Add the Lucid Dreaming Elixir to your choice of tea. We love it in a ginger tea.
