Made out of 100% recycled water bottles (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate Fabric - RPET) and printed with eco-friendly ink.

Direction:

Start your overall daily oral care routine by brushing your teeth and scraping your tongue using a tongue scraper. Remove the stopper and take a small sip (approx. 1 teaspoon) of oil directly from the bottle. Gently swish for 2-5 mins. (the longer the better!) Discard into the trash can. Do not swallow. Do not rinse. Don't forget to floss between meals and upgrade your toothbrush every three months.

Our oils are always shipped fresh and have a shelf life of 24 months from the date listed on the bottom of the bottle.

Pro Tip: no need to shake the bottle prior to your sip!
