Magnesium is the base of this formula and the reason for its success. We played with the base % for over a year to get it just right, and I am so happy with how this stick turned out. Magnesium is so important for women and it is more easily absorbed through the skin than taken orally. It aids in alleviating migraines, muscle aches, menstrual issues, ph balancing (hence the odor fighting miracle) and hormone balance. 

We have also maximized the bottle by filling it complete (many brands only half fill) at 3.2oz it is one of the largest sticks you will find and will last twice as long.
