Ingredients:

Epsom Salt, Himalayan Sea Salt, Vitamin E, Ginger, Rosemary, Bergamot Essential Oil Blend, *Arnica-infused Olive Oil, *Rosemary Extract

• Epsom Salt - One of our favorite ingredient. We swear by this after long strenuous training or work out. Helps relieve muscle tension, pain, and inflammation in joints. Used to alleviate the soreness from sprains and bruises.
• Himalayan Sea Salt - Derived from the world's ancient sea mines, has detoxifying properties, helps balance skin’s pH level. Great for relaxing cramped muscles. The magnesium and some other trace minerals are absorbed through the skin to help heal damaged muscle and other soft tissues.
• Ginger Essential Oil - Has a warming effect on the body, relaxing the body by relieving stress by promoting the production of serotonin and reducing the effects of adrenaline.
• Rosemary Essential Oil - Helps with circulation which flushes out toxins.
• Bergamot Essential Oil - Helps the immune system by reducing stress, slowing down heart rate after a long strenuous workout.
• *Arnica - Known as a natural pain reliever that doesn’t just mask the pain; it naturally stimulates your body’s healing processes. It can reduce pain from sprains, strains, fractures, bruises, overexertion, sore muscles, and more.
• *Natural Rosemary Extract - A super antioxidant, our choice of natural preservative.
